UK SPF February 2023 Plenary

Monisha Ghosh, Professor at the University of Notre Dame and affiliate Wireless Institute member, is one of two keynote speakers for the UK Spectrum Policy Forum Event. Joining Professor Ghosh is David Willis, group Director of Spectrum at Ofcom.

Both will give attendees valuable insights into future innovation in spectrum policy from their positions atop the regulatory tree.
