As the Technology Equity Manager for the City of South Bend, Patrick works with City teams and local partners to empower residents and improve City services with technology. This spans partnerships to bridge South Bend’s digital divide by increasing access to internet and skills training, advocating for equitable service delivery, and planning for state and federal investments in internet infrastructure. In addition, Patrick works with the Civic Innovation team to implement smart city solutions and advance equitable civic engagement through technology. Before joining the City, he completed a fellowship at enFocus, Inc, a nonprofit serving northern Indiana that engages talent with local organizations, where he worked alongside nonprofit, educational, and local government stakeholders to develop, design and implement innovative local solutions.
