New Community Workspaces Now Open at the Wireless Institute

The Wireless Institute at Notre Dame is excited to announce the opening of our newly renovated

community workspaces. A welcoming hub designed with our visiting faculty, graduate students, and

collaborators in mind.

These new workspaces are more than just desks and Wi-Fi. They’re part of our effort to make visitors

feel at home while staying productive and connected. Whether you’re here to meet with faculty, tour our

state-of-the-art labs, or attend meetings, you now have a comfortable spot to plug in, catch up on work,

and be part of the Wireless Institute’s daily energy.

We were thrilled to welcome our first official visitor to the new space recently, and the feedback was

overwhelmingly positive. He appreciated having a dedicated place to work between meetings and

especially enjoyed being able to experience campus life—from insightful research discussions to

catching a Notre Dame game while in town. (Because really, what’s a visit to South Bend without a little

Irish spirit?)

“This was the perfect setup for my visit. I stayed connected, productive, and still had time to soak in the Notre Dame experience.”

Our first community workspace guest

These workspaces are now officially open, and we’re inviting you to come work with us. Whether you’re

dropping in for a day or staying for a week, we’re here to support your visit and help you stay connected

to your home institution while exploring everything Notre Dame has to offer.
